This enchanting darling of an opal brooch/pendant is set in 14k yellow gold.It dates from the 1950's. Framed in a curvy thick border of glossy black enamel sits 4 round fiery opals. Encircling the large opals is a halo of smaller opal with a diamond in the center. The diamond has an approx. weight of .10 ct. It is H in color and VS2 in clarity. The floral effect that this creates is a dreamy and romantic. The brooch weighs 7.66 grams. It measures 1 1/4" x 1". It can be worn as either a brooch or a pendant. There is a hidden bale attached.
