This vintage dramatic and chic pendant is set in 18k yellow gold. It dates from the 1980s. The star of the show is the colossal lozenge cut majestically purple amethyst stone. The amethyst measures approx. 20mm x 17mm. Intensifying the look, the amethyst is complimented by a surge of diamond dazzle framing it. Above the amethyst, the drama continues with 2 pieces of onyx on each side for a touch of contract. All attached to a curb link chain finishing the look. The diamonds have a total approx. weight of 3.00 ct. The diamonds are G in color and VS1 in clarity. The entire piece is a tailoring a look of vivid panache. The necklace weighs 46.77 grams. The pendant measures 1 5/8" x 1". The chain is 16" long and 1/8" wide. It is marked 18k/750.
