Ethereal and graceful, this hand carved turquoise and diamond cameo is master craftsmanship at work. It is set in 18k and 14k yellow gold. It dates from the 1970s. Framed in an oval diamond studded setting, the sereneness of this aristocratic lady is the essence of romance. The intricacy and detail of the carving elevate the entire aura. The total approx. weight of the diamonds is 2.25 ct. The diamonds are H in color and VS2 in clarity. The cameo measures 2" x 1 1/16" including the bale. The bale itself measures 5/8". It weighs 17.88 grams. The cameo and frame are 18k and the bales is 14k.
