This architectural marvel of a ring is designed as a 3 dimensional geometric piece of drama. It is made of 18k yellow gold. It dates from the 1970s. A striking triangular piece of onyx overlaps, almost floats, atop a triangular piece of mother of pearl with each piece bordered in diamonds. The diamonds have a total approx. weight of 1.35 ct. They are G in color and VS 1 in clarity. The dynamic dichotomy between color, texture and structure is engulfed in its vibrancy. The pieces are immersed in a gold mounting that captivates - flattering your finger. Chic and luxurious. A conversation starter- A one of a kind wow factor beyond anything I've ever seen. The ring weighs 17.40 grams. It is a size 4 3/4. The ring measures 1 5/16" x 1" across the top. It sits 3/4" off the finger. The shank is 1/4" wide. It is stamped 18k and La Triomphe.
