Striking and powerful this diamond and opal cluster ring is set in 14k yellow gold. It dates from the 1950's. The center oval and 8 round shaped fiery opals converge into this ball of luminescent color. The opals have a total approx. weight of 1.00 ct. Garnishing the opals are .40 cts of round diamonds strewn about the chunky open work mounting. The diamonds are F in color and VS2 in clarity. Brilliance personified for an effervescent and lively look. The ring is a size 6. It weighs 13.94 grams. It measures 5/8" x 11/16" on top. It sites 9/16" off the finger. It is marked 14k.
