This over the top lion pendant is spectacular. It dates from the 1970s. Crafted in 14k yellow gold it features the gold lion, roaring. With diamond studded eyes and a mane of marquise and pear shaped vibrant green emerald, this is a captivating piece. The open work frame is generously flexed with round fiery opals. The diamonds in the lion's eyes have a total approx. weight of .15 ct. They are G in color and VS1 in clarity. The emeralds have a total approx. weight of 3.00 ct. The opals measures 3.5 mm each. The lion measures 2 /34" x 2 3/16". The lion weighs 47 grams. It is marked 14k. A lavish and luxurious piece of jewelry.
