This fabulous fan/shell turquoise brooch is made in 18k yellow gold. It dates from the 1950s. The open gold pieces of gold create a fan and/or shell design with round turquoise stones stones embellishing it all round. Holding it all together is a beautifully textured gold design at the bottom with small diamond int he center. A uniquely whimsical piece. The brooch weighs 19.93 grams. It measures 1 1/2" x 1/ 5/8". It is marked 18k.
