This wonderfully elegant carved Victorian carnelian intaglio ring is set in 14k yellow gold. The ring dates from the late 1800's. The square shaped deep coffee colored carnelian is beautifully carved with a crest. It is intricately carved with so much detail - truly breathtaking. It is framed in an ornate gold mounting spectacularly engraved on both sides. Simple sophistication infused with quiet powerfulness. The ring measures 5/8" x 5/8". It weighs 14.08 grams. It will fit a size 8 finger.
