Set in decorative and ornate solid gold and enamel uniquely shaped frame, the serene silhouette of this aristocratic lady is the essence of romance. The cameo is bordered by 4 small seed pearls. The contrast of the white carving of the women against the burnt orange agate is striking and dramatic in a tranquil way. The piece opens into a locket with room for 2 keepsakes.
