This eye catching garnet and diamond ring is set in 14k yellow gold. It dates from the 1970's. The center of attention is a glowing uniquely octagonal shaped merlot colored red garnet. The center garnet has an approx. weight of 2.50 ct. A stairway of beautiful baguette garnets escort the center on either side. The baguettes have a total approx. weight of .75 ct. Encompassing the center, are .30 ct of round brilliant diamonds bringing the dazzle. The diamonds are H in color and VS2 in clarity. The mounting is a bold display of gold bringing this vivid beauty together. A classic look with an updated twist. The ring will fit a size 7 1/4 finger, but can be resized. The ring weighs 7.76 grams.
