Charming and endearing, this vintage turtle pin is set in 18k yellow gold. The turtle dates from the 1960’s. This darling Turtle is made in a gold, sapphire, diamond and ruby. Its shell is encrusted with a a vibrantly rich deep blue colored round sapphires, offset by diamonds. Its head is studded with diamonds and it has 2 ruby eyes. The sapphires have a total approx. weight of 1.75 ct. The diamonds have a total approx. weight of .30 ct. The diamonds are G in color and VS1 in clarity. An utterly alluring piece of jewelry. It measures 7/8 ”in length and 3/8” wide. It weighs 6.68 grams. A captivating creation.
