Set in 18k white gold and dating from the 1970’s this romantically dramatic diamond and sapphire necklace is swoon worthy. It brags 12.00 cts of a mélange of pear shaped sapphires and round diamonds. Erupting from the diamond chain dotted with sapphires emerges the 3.00 ct center pear shaped perfectly deep blue sapphire. This leads the way to the diamond dazzled fringe that follows. Dangling from that is a surge of another 5.00 ct of pear shaped Mediterranean blue sapphires. The diamonds have a total approx. weight of 4.00 ct. The diamonds are G in color and VS1 in clarity. A study in movement, contrast and radiance. Emanating a feel of lavishness. The necklace measrues 20" long The pendant measures 3" x 1/2" at its widest. The pieces weighs 27.14 grams.
